I was in-play betting watching the Sweden v Greece game on Freeview and found that the Freeview transmissions are 4 seconds behind what Befair are seeing.

How do I now this ? The Betfair market was suspended 4 seconds before I saw Sweden score, indicating that the man at Betfair with the suspend button was watching transmissions 4 seconds ahead of me.

If you also add the 5 seconds in-play bet placement delay, it means that if you are watching the match on freeview and place a bet, your bet will be placed a total of 9 seconds behind the current state of play.]]>

Simply click the channel you want to watch at voila! Live football!!

This would be a plus for the international manager, as more home grown talent would be playing in teams, which is what a lot of people have been wanting. I guess the teams with a lot of foreigners would not be for this rule at all lol]]>
