I would guess it depends on how well he does at the Euros and wether Real make a big offer or not. They have said 100m Euros is not a problem to them as the marketing boom from his signature would cover most of that anyway.

If a player wants to go then your usually best off letting him go. Especially when they're offering silly money. Money silly enough to buy Ronaldinho AND Messi or Kaka.
If a players form drops due to him sulking (and lets be honest nobody would put it past him) you might not get nearly as much in the next transfer window.
Don't get me wrong I would love him to stay but if his heart is elsewhere then we should cash in.
